Job Description
Primary Responsibility:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QC Inspector – Third-Party Inspection Coordination to oversee and coordinate third-party inspection activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves close collaboration with vendors, contractors, and third-party agencies to verify product quality and maintain documentation integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule third-party inspections at vendor/manufacturer sites.
- Review and verify inspection reports, certificates, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure third-party agencies follow approved inspection and test plans (ITPs).
- Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and support quality audits.
- Communicate inspection findings to internal and external stakeholders.
